"Style Was Just Okay"
I thought the style was just okay overall. It wasn’t bad, but it also didn’t really stand out to me the way I expected. I reached out to support to ask about it, and they basically said something like, “The design is meant to be simple and versatile,” which I get, but it still felt a little plain for my taste.

"Nice Hat, But Runs Small"
I mean, the hat looked really nice in person, but the fit was much smaller than I expected. I was hoping it would be more comfortable, but it ended up feeling too tight.

"Nice hats, but the sizing is all over the place"
I do like Stetson hats, and the quality seems solid, but the sizing has been kind of frustrating. I ordered my usual size and one hat fit fine, or at least close enough, but then another hat in the exact same size was way too tight. So... I don’t know. It makes it hard to trust the size chart if it changes from one hat to the next. Returns are a hassle too, especially when you feel like you did everything right. For the price, I guess I just expected the sizing to be more consistent. I might buy one again, but only if I can try it on first

"Size exchange went smoothly"
I had to swap a hat for a different size, and it was straightforward. The exchange form wasn’t confusing, and customer service got back to me the next day. From the tone of their reply, I figured it wasn’t going to be a complicated process, and thankfully it wasn’t. Shipping the original one back took a little longer than I expected, and I do wish there had been a few more updates along the way, but the replacement arrived in good condition and fits much better. Overall, it was handled fine...

"Nice look, but didn’t quite hold up"
The hat looked great when I first got it, and I expected it to feel a bit more durable for the price. After just a few weeks, the brim started losing its shape, which was disappointing. It’s not terrible, but I was definitely expecting better quality.

The return did go through, but it took quite a while. I get that things can be busy, but when someone is trying to return an item, it feels only fair to keep the process moving and communicate clearly. A quicker, more considerate return experience would have made this feel a lot better

"Plenty of Sizes Available"
I was surprised by how many sizes were actually in stock on stetson. Usually you find a hat you really like and then your size is gone, but this time I had plenty to choose from. Checkout was easy enough too, and I didn’t have to settle for something that was just close to my size. It’s nice when a site actually keeps the common sizes available.

"Shipping was too much"
Was about to order a hat, but the shipping cost was kind of ridiculous. For what the hat cost, felt like way too much was being added at checkout. Ended up backing out of the order because of it. Just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Nice selection, if you can actually get your size"
Stetson has a solid mix of hats and styles, so I’ll give them that. It took me a while to pick one because there are a lot of options, which is definitely better than having none. I just wish more sizes were actually in stock, because finding something you like and then realizing you can’t get it is always a fun little bonus...

Shipping took way longer than I thought it would. Reading between the lines from the updates, it kind of felt like the order just sat around for a while before actually moving. The product was fine once it arrived, but the wait was frustrating.

I ordered a specific Stetson hat, but when the package arrived, it was... not the one I picked. The size was wrong too, which was kind of frustrating. I even went back and checked my order confirmation just to make sure I hadn’t messed something up, but it definitely showed the right hat. Not really sure what happened on their end, but it was annoying since it wasn’t what I paid for.

"Good hat, but be prepared for slow shipping"
I ordered a hat from stetson.com and it does look authentic, and it arrived in decent condition. That said, just a heads up if you’re ordering from them: shipping was slow and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful. I’m still happy enough with the hat itself, but I’d definitely warn others not to expect fast delivery or clear updates along the way

I was just looking for a hat before heading out for the weekend, and I actually found the one I wanted quickly. The checkout was really simple too, which I appreciated because I was kind of in a hurry and still had laundry sitting in the dryer.

I know Stetson has a great reputation, and some of their hats really do have that classic, timeless feel. But I’m a little confused by the pricing sometimes?? A few pieces look and feel really premium, while others seem average for what they cost. I’d probably buy again if I caught a good sale, but paying full price every time feels like a stretch
